Notarial Services

As a notary public registered with the Province of Ontario, I can:

• Administer oaths and affirmations
• Take affidavits and statutory declarations
• Witness and authenticate certain classes of documentations
• Provide notarial copies of documents.

These services are offered in non-contentious matters, usually concerning estates, deeds, powers of attorney and foreign and international business.

Rates for this service are dependent upon the complexity and volume of documents that need to be processed.
